Willingness to Think Different
It's disturbing to think how many times in a year the average person waits on hold for a knowledgeable person to answer the phone. Although no one can guarantee to be able to immediately resolve all questions, we do try to pick up the phone when we can. We may not have the resources of a large company, but we always try to put the customer first because we know what it is like waiting on hold.
