Each page includes one note printed in black ink. Each "While You Were Out" note includes an "Urgent" box at the top to check for critical messages. Other boxes to check are for telephoned, "came to see you," "returned your call," please call, will call again and "wants to see you." The other prompts include recipient, date, time, caller, caller's company, phone, cell/fax, message-takers signature, and nine lines to write a message.
