The laser-engraved rubber makes this stamp strong and durable for many years of use. Stamp makes approximately 50,000 impressions before needing to be re-inked. Impression size is 1-3/16" in diameter. Use Xstamper Refill Ink only. Use of any other ink will void the warranty. Re-inking is easy. Remove the handle (top) from the stamp and place three to four drops of ink into the opening of the stamp. When you contact customer service to customize your stamp, specify whether you prefer the date in vertical or horizontal date format.

Shachihata Inc. shall not be liable for any defects or damage caused by the use of refill ink that is not Xstamper Refill Ink. In the event defects should occur, we will repair or replace the defective stamp with a stamp of identical size and impression without charge, within 30 days of receipt of the defective stamp.
