Over and Under ProX Floor Sealer enhances the appearance of your floors by penetrating, sealing and protecting your finishes, extending the life of new and older flooring. Floor sealer provides better adhesion, leveling and enhances the floss of all floor finishes. Non-solvenated formula is suitable for use on a wide range of resilient finished flooring. Easy-to-apply sealer is easily removed with all Diversey floor strippers. Product does not contain any intentionally added PFAS.

• Glycol Ether
• Ammonia

• Blockade areas to be stripped or finished. Floors will be very slippery until dry.
• Strip floor using a Diversey stripper per the instructions on the stripper label.

Coating

• Apply 1 to 2 coats of Over & Under® ProX floor sealer using a clean mop.
• Allow 30 minutes drying time between coats. Temperature, humidity and ventilation may aect drying time. Allow finish to cure for 24 hours before burnishing.
• Apply 1 or more coats of recommended floor finish according to label directions.

Burnishing

• Dust mop or sweep floor.
• Clean the floor with mop or automatic scrubber using the recommended cleaner according to label directions.
• Maintain the finish gloss using periodic recoating, spraybung or burnishing according to finish label.

Removal

• Remove using recommended stripper according to label directions.

For Best Results

• Do not dilute.
• Do not use on surfaces colder than 50 degrees F/10 degrees C.
• To avoid contamination, do not return unused product to original container.

Note: Floors will be slippery when wet or contaminated with foreign materials. Promptly clean up spills and foreign materials. Not intended for use in outdoor areas. Meets ASTM D-2047 requirement for slip resistance.
