This makes for easy insertion and removal and eliminates the hygiene concerns associated with roll-down foam earplugs which can pick up dirt from workers' fingers. The ergonomic design ensures long-wearing comfort and includes a contoured grip paddle that fits naturally between finger and thumb, with or without lightweight work gloves.
