Punch times are transmitted securely by Wi-Fi or Ethernet to the PayClock Online cloud-based time clock software for calculating worked hours including overtime, editing, reporting, and exporting to your existing payroll software including ADP, Paychex, QuickBooks and more. The PCEXPRESS includes features for both employees and supervisors directly at the time clock. Employees can clock in and out with a proximity RFID badge or PIN and perform additional functions on demand such as transferring departments, entering tips, viewing total worked hours, benefit time balances and messages from their supervisor.
